Hissy fits No more!!

Every parent has dealt with their child acting out in public. It can be embarrassing, stressful, and puts you on the spot.. Why is it, in a grocery store, a little boy is screaming his head off and then the mother thinks it is helpful to spank causing the kid to scream louder! I think not... If your child is prone to throwing fits in the store, then it is time to lay out the rules. Explain to your child that fits are not going to cut it and if they act out, you will take them back to the car for a cool-down. Tell them if there is a fit throwing session, they will not get their special treat or snack. 
If your child is walking with you, Rule 1: No running off. Rule 2: hold my hand. 3: If not holding hands- walk beside- do not take off in the store or they will be put in a cart! Big Tip~ Remember if you lose your cool, they will to!! ♥~Jess
